The Visitor Center operates within the Međimurje Nature – Public Institution for Nature Protection. The nature of Međimurje was established by the County of Međimurje on the basis of the Nature Protection Act. The institution performs the activity of protection, maintenance and promotion of protected areas in the area of Međimurje County with the aim of protecting and preserving the originality of nature, ensuring the smooth flow of natural processes and sustainable use of natural resources.

By visiting the Med dvemi vodami Visitor Center, participating in educational programs and buying on the web shop, you support nature protection projects in Međimurje County.
