Volunteering is considered to be a voluntary investment of personal time, effort, knowledge and skills that perform services or activities for the benefit of another person or for the common good, and are performed by persons in the manner prescribed by the Volunteering Act (NN 58/07, 22/13), without the existence of conditions for the payment of a monetary reward or claim for other property benefits for the performed volunteering, unless otherwise provided by law.
